We celebrated Casey's birthday with his family on Sunday-his actual birthday. We did his traditional birthday meal: fried pork chops, fried potatoes, fried cornbread, hominy casserole, and pecan pie. Yum! Healthy? No. Delicious? Yes!

Casey's birthday is also Kay and Jr's anniversary. So Samuel helped her open her present from Jr, too.
We didn't get on the road until later that afternoon. Samuel fell asleep in his carseat before we even got to the Interstate.
Maddie had her head on his carseat all the way back to LR. She loves her brother!
