Even though Samuel has been testing his limits and experiencing quite a bit of discipline, he has also been keeping us laughing.
I told you about his Toy Story obsession. When we traveled to Hope/Prescott this past weekend, he insisted on holding Jesse, Woody, and Buzz. He had trouble finding a place for his fruit. :-)
He has really started pretending lately. From the back seat we heard him say, "Yucky Buzz!" and we turned to see Buzz and Jesse holding hands. :-)
Saturday evening at Mom and Dad's house, Samuel got into Mom's cabinets and started "cooking." We just watched him from the dining room until we noticed there was something actually in the tube pan. He had gotten the baking soda from the pantry and was stirring it up.
Sunday morning while we were all getting ready for church, he yelled, "Mommy, look! I a baby!" This is what I found.
Then he did it again in a few minutes!
And then he fell asleep on the way home Sunday. Isn't that cute? He wasn't feeling great, but had been so good all day.
Tonight, I made tacos for supper and folded his meat and cheese into a quesadilla to make it easier to hold. He ended up eating mostly the filling. Then Casey made him an ice cream cone for dessert. Guess where we swooped him off to after dinner? Yep, the bathtub.
Why, yes, that is a band-aid on his forehead. Nope, he's not hurt-just silly!
